Our President & PR: Madeline Muck

Hi everyone, my name is Maddi, I’m 26 years old and originally from Germany. I moved to Maastricht to begin my bachelor’s in Psychology and discovered my passion for pole about half a year ago. Before starting with pole dance, I went to the gym a lot and enjoyed different kind of sports activities UM sports has to offer. But after just one introduction class, I knew this was my sport, it combines strength and grace, and it has given me a whole new sense of self-confidence. Wanting to share this experience with others, I took the initiative to start building what has now become our association. Together with Flo, who I met during those very first introduction classes, we founded this community, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far it has come. Thank you so much for your interest and support, it truly means a lot to us!🩷

Our Vice-president & Treasurer: Florentine Hegemann

Heyo, I'm Flo and I started setting up this association together with Maddi at the beginning of the year. I also only started Pole Fitness and Dancing this year after having done a few (one-time) workshops throughout the previous years and I am so happy I did. Before starting Pole I was already a member of Let's Dance where I did Salsa for a while and before that I did Latin & Ballroom Dances. I also love anything crafty and making music as well. I started working last year as a data scientist at HSR (for the university) which keeps me busy from 9-5 on weekdays. After that I am happy to explore new combos and figures with you and welcome you to our little community.

Our Secretary: Mia Ruiz

Hii, I’m Mia! I’m 20 years old, half German and half American, and currently in my second year of studying Psychology. I’m really excited to be part of the very first board of our pole dance association and to help shape this new community together. What drew me to pole dancing is how unique it is as a sport. It combines strength, fitness, dance, and creativity all in one. I find that mix really inspiring and I’m looking forward to exploring everything it has to offer. Even though I’m new to pole, I can’t wait to learn, challenge myself, and grow alongside others who share the same enthusiasm. As secretary, I bring organization, reliability and a friendly attitude. I’m excited to work with such a motivated and welcoming team and to contribute to building a space where everyone feels supported and encouraged on their pole journey.

Our Head of External Relations: Eva Fatina

Hello, I'm Eva! I'm the head of external relations, 21 years old, dental assistant, and current FPN student. Urban explorer, Twin Peaks fan and rock music lover. I fell in love with pole dancing right after my first class, spinning combos have my heart. Being a first-year board member feels so special and I believe this year with MSPA Pertica will be full of unforgettable events!
